Subboost provides YouTube growth services, including the delivery of subscribers, views, watch hours, likes, and comments to YouTube channels and videos. Our services are designed to help content creators grow their presence on YouTube.

• Subscribers — real-looking subscribers delivered to your YouTube channel.
• Views — video views delivered gradually to your selected video.
• Watch Hours — watch hours delivered to your video (video must be 60–150 minutes long).
• Likes — likes delivered to your selected video.

All services are delivered gradually and naturally to minimise any risk to your channel. Subboost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal right to use the YouTube channel or video URL you provide at checkout.
• Provide accurate information — including a valid email address and a correct YouTube URL.
• Not be located in a country where the use of such services is prohibited by law.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

All orders are placed and paid for through our website. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

• All prices are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
• Orders are final once payment has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
• You are responsible for providing the correct YouTube URL at checkout. Subboost is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect URL.
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Keep your order number for future reference.

Delivery is gradual and intentionally spread out to appear natural. Subboost is not responsible for delays caused by changes to YouTube's platform, algorithm updates, or circumstances outside our control.

Due to the digital nature of our services, we have a limited refund policy. Please review the conditions below carefully before purchasing.

To request a refund, email info@sub-boost.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

By using Subboost, you agree not to misuse our services. You must not:

• Use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Provide false or misleading information at checkout, including fake email addresses or URLs you do not own.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our website or services in any unauthorised manner.
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving your order. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of fraudulent chargeback amounts.
• Resell our services without prior written authorisation from Subboost.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subboost disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Guarantees that our services will meet your specific expectations for channel growth or monetisation.
• Guarantees that engagement delivered will remain permanently on your channel (drops can occur due to YouTube's own cleanup processes).
• Responsibility for changes to YouTube's policies or algorithm that may affect delivery or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subboost and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Subboost website — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and code — is the property of Subboost and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our website without prior written permission.
• You may not use the Subboost name or logo without explicit written authorisation.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by Subboost without obligation to you.
